High Court Procurement Proceedings on Behalf of 247 Aviation Limited

O’Connor LLP are delighted to have recently acted for 247 Aviation Limited in procurement proceedings before the High Court, where we were instructed to challenge the conduct of a tender competition run by an Irish State body for 24/7/365 emergency fixed wing air ambulance services. Following the issuing of proceedings, the matter was resolved. The competition is expected to be put back out to the market in the near future.
