Fiona qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and specialises in the areas of property law and probate law.

Fiona has extensive experience in residential and commercial property transactions and probate law. Fiona is well versed in all aspects of complex residential and commercial conveyancing and spent a number of years advising clients in relation to the remediation of complex property portfolios.

  • Acting for both Landlords and Tenants in the negotiation of Leases for retail, industrial, office and standalone premises and advising on contentious Landlord and Tenant issues.
  • Acting for banking and financial institutions in conducting security reviews, remediation of titles, advising on property disputes, receiver sales and mortgagee in possession sales.
  • Acting for well-known Irish charities on property transactions and ongoing asset management matters.
  • Acting for a private equity fund on the acquisition of a portfolio of commercial investment properties throughout Dublin.
